My Adventure

ETHIRA acts solely as a facilitator and travel planner, not a tour operator.
Participants are responsible for reviewing and accepting tour operators' terms and conditions.

Liability and Indemnity

ETHIRA, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for damages, claims, or expenses arising from service provision.
Participants engage in ETHIRA's services at their own risk.
Participants release and hold harmless ETHIRA from any claims, damages, or expenses.

NDIS Funding

ETHIRA is an NDIS-approved and registered provider.
NDIS funding is subject to individual participant plans and availability.
